I wrote a poem earlier this week - something totally not intentional but it just flowed out and formed itself that way. I used to write poetry many years ago, but it's definitely not my go to because I don't feel I'm that great at it. You awesome #poetsofinstagram must be inspiring me ❤️ I'm not ready to share my earlier poem with the world yet, but I'll post this photo I took yesterday, and the poem below I wrote early this morning. I was tagged by my awesome friend @kevs_bookbag to do a #yellowstack in honor of Sarcoma Awareness month

I am beyond excited to announce that I submitted Chasing Calla Lilies to the editor service this week! It has been a super fun book to write and I found myself laughing out loud right along with the characters. There are a few sorrowful scenes, but ultimately it is a sarcastic, witty, and fun romantic comedy. It is on track for an early Fall release date and more details to follow soon 💜📚

I finished The Lost Apothecary and absolutely loved it....well Nella and Eliza's story. I appreciated the connection to the modern day story with Caroline, but she wasn't as interesting. Plus, I'm not a huge fan of the cliche that us women are all longing for babies to fulfill our lives....grrrr!! Anyways, I still enjoyed Nella and Eliza's story very much. I really want a book that goes back and tells the story of Nella's mom now! ❤️❤️📚 I highly recommend if you enjoy fantasy and historical fiction.

New short story alert!! I haven't been keeping up with my short stories as much as I want to, but good news is my next book is on track to come out this Fall.
